My engagement ring needed a lot of work since I hadn't had it checked or cleaned in a few years. Grono & Christie took such good care of my time and Nate some helpful suggestions for future care & maintenance. They also cleaned my wedding bands free of charge on my first visit. It's apparent they really care about the jewelry, their customers and the relationship and memories between the two. I'll definitely be visiting them again to repair & maintain other jewelry and possibly make some new purchases since they have some lovely items on display!

The owner said he'd be able to redesign my ring. He went on and on about how what I was looking for could be done. He emailed me to say he was actively looking for the type of band I requested. I contacted him twice after and no response was received from him. A response to tell me the truth that he couldn't provide the service would've been the least they could do.
My experience from beginning to end with Bruce and his staff was amazing. Bruce was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. He listened and asked questions and delivered the most beautiful rings. I brought him a bracelet from my grandmother who recently passed away. He offered his professional advice on what to do with the diamonds in the bracelet since I had told him I wanted to upgrade my wedding band. He had two gorgeousssss bands made from my grandmothers diamonds. I am blown away with how gorgeous these rings are and would recommend Grono and Christie Jewelers to anyone. If I ever need any help with anything jewelry wise I will no doubt be visiting Bruce again.
