These guys, especially our rep Chris made our experience seamless. Very quick and friendly service, very patient and ensured we got the right size for us. He showed us several units, no pressure!not Heven stayed late to sign us up, all smiles here! Highly recommended!
Tim was the representative I was fortunate to meet. He was very nice and patient. I reserved the unit online, to my dismay it was not the size I needed. Tim showed me three other options.(and I'm picky so I had him reshow me before I made my final decision). I had my son with me (he's one). Tim made the process quick (with allowing me time to decide and catch up at times with my toddler) easy and understandable.
I was a little sceptical about using another storage unit at first do to prior experiences, but after visiting this location, my mind was put instantly at ease. A guy named Chris, I believed to be part of management was extremely helpful in picking out the right space for my needs. All pricing and responsibilities were explained clearly and transitioning my stuff over to the location went smoothly. Hope to be using your storage facility for the long hall of my hording life. I had the best experience with Extra Space Storage in Milton. I was assisted by the assistant manager Chris M. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. He even took the time to walk around and show me the different unit options so I could choose which unit best suited my needs. I am in the process of moving and he definitely made this transition a lot easier. His customer service skills superseded what I am normally use to which also alleviated a ton of stress. I would recommend this facility to anyone because of him. He is awesome! I am very pleased with the service I recieved!
